Thanks to knowledge and innovation, we could be living in an era of unprecedented peace and prosperity.  Instead, our world is fragmenting, breaking apart, with people severed from their roots and detached from nature; we are struggling in a time of divisions and in a climate crisis that could destroy life as we know it.

The creatures I imagine are hybrids of humans and plants, growing together symbiotically. 

They are sentient beings, floating islands drifting in a new dimension that sustains life; they evolved and survived.
